Titanium Rails
whats the difference between single +12v rails over multiple +12v rails on a power supply ?

I mean can i really benefit from having multiple rail? Well im making my second pc and my first one that i made i was kinda a novice at the time and i just got a random psu.witch has been still pushing my system for the past 3 years.im not sure on wattage either let me know what u think

In theory the multi-rail isolates the cpu / gpu / peripheral +12v voltages so a sudden surge on either will not affect the other devices. However, the most reputable and stable power supply units like PCP&C, Seasonic, Corsair (to name a few) have a single rail design. A single rail is almost preferable since the load demand is available to the components that need it on demand.

Your components will at best need about just over 300W according to my fave psu calc http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp so adding some upgrades like gtx280oc / 3 x hdd and some aging brings it up to 490w so any reputable 500W+ should do the job for years to come. Either of the brands I previously mentioned would be an excellent choice.
