Stroker Ryde
I bleed my brakes and the lever is springy, but the pads have no movement, why?
I have a Hayes stroker ryde hydrolic disc brakes. I got the bleed kit for Hayes and got it set up properly. Yet the pads don't move after bleeding. Though the brake lever has awesome springiness. I have followed instructions to bleed it. Why isn't it working properly?
- I pushed the bores back with a screwdriver and they still a stuck. does this mean the caliper is busted?
stick as many credit crads you can betwen the disk, and the calipers, pump the brake a lot.
if it still doesnt work, bleed the brakes with the disk and cradit cards inserted there.
this way is also good to remove air out of the system without having to bleed them!
