question on rockshox SID race?
the 08 rockshox SID race will be in blue!
will there be any poploc or lock-out?
and, when i lock my fork, is it suppose to move abit?
and if i got some bump when i lock my fork,
am i going to spoil the fork?

Not sure about poploc and lock-out. However, most forks will have some give when locked out. This gives a measure of relief if you hit a big bump with the fork locked. You will not damage the fork hitting a bump with it locked out.
