School Nos
Should it be embarrassing if you get a nos bleed while at school?
Just wanting to know, i have never had one, but I am in high school and am afraid if i do. have you ever had one in school??
i dont get them often but i am just scared i might get one when i am sick thats all.
No it shouldn't be embarrassing at school or any where else. Those sort of things happen tp people all the time, and people know this and they will surely understand. The quickest way to stop a nose bleed is by applying pressure. Just take your thumb and index finger and squeeze your nose together at the point just below the bony part, about middle ways. and back as far as you can. It will take at least a minute of pressure to stop it, but if you let go and it starts again, apply the pressure longer. Don't be afraid to use some strength there squeezing it. Good luck to you sir, and yes I had a nose bleed in school, but that was a long time ago. And why would you be scared? That's no big deal.
