Comparing FSA crank to Sram Crank!! Need Help!!!?
I Just bought the 2008 specialized tarmac elite and it has the FSA Gossamer MegaExo, 2-piece crankset on it and i want to make the bike completely sram force. Would this be an upgrade or a downgrade on my crank set? Is the sram lighter? And is it stiffer? Those are the 3 things i need to know? 10 points to the one who knows!!!!
I can't find this information anywhere.
I suppose you could do this and it might even be a bit lighter. Personally, I think I'd wait until your drive train is ready to replace, though. When the cassette, chain, and chainrings are shot, will probably be a great time to make the upgrade. Otherwise, I just don't see much bang for the buck in doing this.
