1996 Caprice Classic rear passenger-side wheel pop out the car with the axle. How and what needs to be fixed?
When i got out the car i could see about 3ft of the axle sticking out the car with the wheel still connected to it, also the brake disc hit the floor. I had to tow the car home. Last year it was in a accident were the Caprice was hit on the passenger side were the rear tire was the middle of the impact by a 35mph ford taurus.
What parts I need to buy to fix?
The clip that holds the axle in the rear end housing broke, You need to have someone who knows what they are doing to fix it. This is not a simple thing to do like changing spark plugs.
